Black guy at my work ended up quitting today over the black face thing last week.

He was pulled into the office and asked to apologise to the guy who did it. Said he couldnt sleep over the weekend because someone called him a racist

Was in the start of the weekend thread. But basically working out in spain and folk dress up for carnaval weekend. One of the spanish teachers was dressed as "derrick rose" black cap and black paint on his face.

Black co worker went up to him over lunch asked to have a little word in private. Nothing agressive. But the guy refused to get up, also a few of the other spanish teachers backed him up saying why are you arguing about it.

They ended up in a meeting with the school directors and they basically sided with the spanish guy/ couldnt understsnd why it was an issue. My co worker storms out slams the door. Monday morning the directors are angry about his reaction and asked him to apologise to the spanish teacher.

Do some research on the group involved. I think in reality both sides are probably arseholes but if women want to go around carrying pepper spray and acting in a militant manner than they probably shouldn't be surprised if they are met by violence.

It's worth noting the women you are speaking of perhaps wouldn't even like you saying a man can't hit her because she's a woman.
