Agreed, I watched this for that small chance that Wayweather gets knocked-out. But as I said in my first post on the thread, I wouldn't be putting anything on that and in all likelihood it won't be worth the box office price just like every other PPV fight for a decade or more.

Pretty sure I got boring with this point of view on the old KB boxing threads every time there was a high profile fight, but they're never worth paying for and I think it's preventing the sport from getting the air it needs. I'm no boxer and never will be but I do appreciate and enjoy the skill, technique and even scoring; I find fights like this irritating because you find a lot of 12 hour fanatics that suddenly know this was bullshit and cry about it being a fix or a joke etc. flooding facebook with their shitty, boring popular opinions.

Was tempted to stay up for this fight but didn't as it was always going to be a disappointment. Mayweather is clearly a disgusting human being but there's also no-one out there who's going to touch him.

I looked at it, you were getting even money or slightly better on a couple of sites. In hindsight it was an obvious outcome, but I'd have hate to stuck serious money on that and be fucking suicidal because a knock-out had cost me a bomb.
