The last run of fixtures was really worrying. The results after the Serbia game should be an alarm bell. Even with all these attacking options we really can't score. For me dykes shouldn't be nailed on starter

You can only judge Dykes when he doesn't have McBurnie beside him. Dykes two best games were when his strike partner was Fraser or Christie. Everytime McBurnie plays, Dykes becomes a 5/10.

As much as he might be an option, he's barely getting a game. Not sure going into the Euros, with a half fit striker leading the line, is really a prudent move.

Well maybe lump is unfair. He maybe moves around the pitch but I don't think he gets in behind as much as, say, griffiths. Dykes is a back to the goal/hold up/pivot kind of player. He did well against serbia but they were really poor all game.

Call up is a no brainer. He's not going to be Clarkes sort of player though.

Dunno if it's a no brainer, how many midfielders like this can we accommodate? I'd like to see him get a call up though as he's on fire and had so much potential.

If we are playing one up top then just pick Dykes and Griffiths as our striker and back up striker - then everyone else we call up can be midfielders. Boys like mcburnie, Burke, Paterson and shankland to an extent are a waste when we are leaving out guys like Gauld, turnbull,Gilmour.
