Probably because I've always thought he was shite, so irrelevant.

Last nightshould spell the end of McBurnie getting into squads, IMO.
Okay he didn't play the full game but he came on when we scoring for fun and didn't get a sniff. Just don't bother next time.

He's actually fucking hopeless like. A lazy big beanpole. you'd be better with C Paterson charging in to cunts.

Mcburnie was just walking about last night. He clearly isnt arsed and it will be farcical if hes in a Scotland squad for a major tournament

If he hadn't scored a decent penalty v Serbia, I don't think he'd have contributed a single thing to the national team at any point.

The numbers don't lie, and they spell disaster for Scotland at Sacrifice

He is aye. Next question?

Nathan Patterson down the right plz. He's looked superb for rangers.

We could do with more options at right back tbf so wouldn't be against giving Hickey a shot in a friendly but I'd see him much more as one for the future than ready now.
Getting ragdolled at the Euros could end up pushing him back a couple years, is he not still only about 18?

More games he gets in Serie A will stand him in good stead like, think having him and Patterson as options there will be better than relying on O'Donnell and playing Fraser out of position.

Mate O'Donnell is about as average a footballer as you can get and he holds down a place in the team. Hickey would be fine and potentially make it his own spot.

That boy Patterson just looks a player, he's got that natural way about him I don't see that in Hickey. Patterson reminds me more of Tierney tbh.

Also seen him rinsed quite a few times which is probably why he's being over looked for now. We'll see how he progresses but he looks decent.

I've no seen hickey in Italy but I'd not be convinced at him as a RB tbh.
I felt he could play there for hearts if needed but it's a big step up to become an international RB. The way Patterson is going and with him being a natural rb I think it will likely be his spot if he keeps progressing. Hickey is unlucky he's come through at the same time tierney and Robertson are as good as they are. |
