That tipped me over the edge yesterday, I only go to Scotland games out of loyalty to my old man because we have done for the last 25 year or so but apart from a good bevvy day that was fucking miserable, I actually hate Clark I think he's a miserable wee stubborn prick, to the point where I think he'd have enjoyed that game yesterday. 6 points out of two games and theres been more boos than cheering over the twa games

There’s a lot of chat about how the players let the manager down etc. absolute shite man.
A blind man could see it was going to be a shit show with 1 upfront and 2 holding midfielders.
It’s a team performance thing to an extent but it’s the set up and direction from the manager that’s the big issue. Anyway fuck all that shite it’s over for another month.
To blame the players is stupid, compare the end of last season under Critchley and how it miraculously turned around under Fox with the exact same team
Some people underestimate how much a managers mentality can influence a team
Clarke sent them out to be defensive, his team selection and tactics were based on what he’s done time after time and the players are used to playing that way.
If he’d changed it up properly and actually played two up top it would likely have been a far more convincing result and performance, but he keeps picking his favourite players regardless and that’s why we’re left with the same questions time and again.
His time is up whether he qualifies or not, but I’ve no doubt that the SFA will attempt to have him stay longer, it’ll come down to whether he wants it or not.
We are getting to the stage where players look miserable playing for Scotland again. McTominay and McGinn looked like they would rather have been anywhere else than Hampden yesterday.
Even more frustrating is the panel on BBC being critical of the fans for showing their anger at the slop Clarke is serving up. I'm assuming tickets are no cheaper than £40 for that shite?
Belarus coming out and having a go absolutely rattled us. Clearly all the players were looking forward to a relaxed 90 minutes of McLean and Gilmour exchanging passes 35 yards from the opposition goal.

Clarke's persistance in playing the same diddies +in the same formation is eye bleeding stuff. Can easily see us losing the next 2 and going into the playoffs against a team like Kosovo, and getting battered silly.
Typical Scotland.
You'd think we would learn from the 300 years of abject dross they serve up.
You keep playing the same players against diddy teams then these players aren't all going to be up for it, it's why you need to mix things up and blood a couple new boys who will up the energy levels. Bringing in Kenny McLean and a new centre back pairing isn't enough to mix things up. It's baffling he doesn't understand this.

Just listened to Clark there, at least he came out and had a pop at the performance. I had it in my mind he'd come out and back that shite up just to rub it in.
It's still his fault but at least he's recognising hoe bad that was.
Halkett said that in his interview how much McInnes takes from training where if someone’s not up to it they can lose their place so it keeps everyone sharp.
In contrast how many players do you think turn up to Scotland squads wondering what’s the point knowing most likely they’re not getting any real game time, but they don’t want to turn it down and affect their future chances?
