A few greys in the beard which doesn't bother me, none up top at the moment. Not much that can be done about going bald/grey so no point in worrying about it. Diet, exercise, and sleep are within your control and will have a much bigger impact on quality of life than your hair.

Weirdly my hair is going back to blonde at the front. I was blonde until I was about 16 then went dark. I hope this isnt the dying embers of colour before I'm fully grey... Eek

One side of my family's men keep a full head of dark hair until late in life (my grandad still had dark hair into his laye seventies), while the other side seem to go bald at about 25. Looks like I'm one of the former.

Edit: I should add that the trade-off is that I have fucking dreadful hair.

Have to say I have really good hair, can do anything I want with it really, used to have a kind of quite at the front but I've went more traditional the last few months, just swept to the side at the front.
