It's not so much that I don't think Walker's scored enough to support this as that he's achieved nowhere near enough in a Hearts shirt, particularly in his second spell, to justify being built up in that way. It says a lot about where we are right now that, in order to give this kind of treatment to a current player, we've had to turn to a guy who has only maintained his form for a whole season once, in the Championship.
