Apparently there's stricter laws being introduced for owning a dog this year, which would probably explain why there's 3 new dugs in my street.

Cheers, it's as much about my mum tbh, been a stinking 4 years with her first dog dying, then my gran (her mum), my dad and now the other dog on her way

Then you get the reminder that your own dogs don't last long either added into the mix
