Nearly pulled the trigger on a Fender Jaguar on facebook marketplace a few months ago. Thought better of it, in the end. Would have been a financial catastrophe if I'd seen it after a few pints 

I hate the look of them, but they're good for new players and folk with small hands (slim neck).
I'm sure it was Kurt Kobain's guitar of choice. 
If you're going to buy a guitar, ask me first, some of the prices people are asking for absolute turds...

I’ve just moved house and it’s ancient carpets, so I’ll be changing them thank you very much. The whole place needs renovating. Trust me, after this I won’t be doing any home projects ever again.

Cheers. I’m actually thinking it’s the carpet bars and their underlay that seems to be the most expensive bits. Might get them from B and Q myself and tell them to use them tbh.

Flooring is the way forward man, I've got cerpet going up the stair and in the master suite but the rest is all flooring, too much hassle keeping a carpet clean imo.
