Mine too, I amassed an absurd amount of time playing online and overturned my k/d ratio from something like 1,000 more deaths than kills to 1,000 more kills than death.  Can`t remember my final tally but it was definitely in excess of 10,000

I was pretty excited about MW2 and got it shortly after the release, still enjoyed it but I got put off by the kill-streaks and didn`t sink anything like the same amount of time into it than the previous title.  I`ve still owned a lot of the Modern Warfare titles that followed but had less and less enthusiasm for each one.  I thought Black Ops was shit barely finished the campaign and didn`t spend that much time on MP, zombie mode was monotonous crap.  I`m genuinely at a loss as to how it`s so popular.

Anyway, I checked this morning before leaving for work and Fallout 4 is ready to go, just another hour at work and then the gym and I`m starting

Fuck sake MW is almost 10 years old

It came out at a good time for me, at Uni with plenty of spare time so joined a clan with guys I was at school with. Also thought it had a semi decent campaign, I went back and completed it on Veteran (I think, whatever the hardest one was).

I won't get to Fallout until after kids are in bed so will need to wait till about half 7.

Guardian gave it 3 stars and I read another from somewhere that gave it 9/10 then spent half the review panning it.

Most reviews these days are paid for and overinflated.

Sign of the times I suppose, but it's probably best to wait until a few patches / mods have come out. I'm getting it for Xmas, so happy enough to wait for now.

It's using the same (notoriously buggy) engine as Skyrim isn't it? Par for the course. Watched a video last night that showed how the console versions of FO4 regularly dip below 30FPS () - surely that's unacceptable these days. Not being a console peasant, I'm not concerned about that though.

Sure it'll be very decent, just maybe not the definitive next-gen Bethesda game yet. The Oblivion in the cycle, if you will.

One review I read says that you get it surprisingly early doors. Not sure I like the idea of not really having to "earn" powerful equipment like that.

I've played for about an hour the power armour doesn't last long batter wise so I've ditched it. It's been very decent so far. No sure about the story line of stealing babies :begbie:

For anyone who bought the disc, i have a wee leaflet inside with ''season pass'' on it. Is that actually a free season pass or is it just advertising it? The only key i can see is for a free copy of fallout 3.
