Apparently new iphone 8 won't have touch ID due to some sort of fuck up.

It can't be on the home button this time and it would be too difficult to built it into the screen.

Did the galaxy S3 not have facial recognition

Prefer the home button with Touch ID tbf. Handy for purchases etc. Not convinced facial recognition will be as stable as Touch ID but could be wrong.

Hopefully get one of these models, maybe the 8 as my 6s is paid off pretty much.
