Of course Lewis suggested win or bust. Won't be that when he's throwing wee tantrums all over the shop because he got a no-hoper like Iran or England. Laugh

Three places is good, keeps the interest going for people that wee bit longer too, as there are so many teams who could potentially go on a run and make the 3rd/4th playoff but have no chance of winning the tournament.
