Hickey - 7 - Didn't do much wrong I don't think. Unfair to give him a bad score


Whelan - 5 - Was one of the better ones

Irving - 4 - A couple good passes but slack

Clare - 3 - Good start, just needs to do it for the remaining 80 mins

Mulraney - 9 - My boy. Wow. Beautiful assist, give and go with Meshino. A few superb crosses whipped in. A true Tynecastle great


Uche - 5 - Was aggressive and scored, also skinned two players to set up the mclean/Clare chance. I want to give him a lower score than 5 though because his general play is atrocious

Mclean - 2 - Invisible man

Subs:

Washington - 2 - Virgins a one on one and Motherwell then score on the resultant break. Does his hammy and leaves us down to 10 men.

Meshino - 8 - Quiet then suddenly comes to life. Really should've claimed both of our goals today, so I'm counting him as getting a double

Darmour - 6 - Yeah, comes on, has energy, whips in passes fast into feet and gets about the pitch. Should've started

Mulraney   : 

Meshino was the best player on the park, it was a scandal he didn't start or get chucked on for MacLean before half time. 

The rest were all manner of pish/meh.

We should honestly never play Ikpeazu or MacLean again. Goal or not Ikpeazu was abysmal again today. He will occasionally bundle his way through a couple of challenges as he did for the Clare chance but the remainder of the time he just gives away possession. Can't even hold it up and lay it off particularly well.

MacLean was, as expected, totally anonymous again.

I'm almost at the point of chucking Clare in the same bracket. Every time he has a decent game and you think you might see him kick on he sells the jerseys. I genuinely don't see how McDonald or Zanatta would be any worse playing down the right.
