Ian Black was horrendous for most of his time here - Sergio turned him into a player for a season. I don't know if it's realistic considering the absolute muck that makes up our squad currently, but you'd hope someone from outside the Hearts circle could improve some of the players.

I think Budge is trying to get a big name but no one is interested. From the outside it's going to look shambolic when we interviewed McCann first and he gets the job a month after this interview
