Fair enough, I get my daily soup ration free from work, so it's easy for me to say.

Yip, usually eat the spare bar after giving one to the kids for their packed lunch, they're surprisingly tasty.

I used to get tracker bars in my pack lunch, horrendous things.

You should try those cereal bars by the way, well tasty, usually double that price tae.

I just make big pots of curry/spag bol etc and fling the leftovers in those wee plastic tubs and freeze them. End up only cooking about twice a week

I'm kidding by the way, i stick plastic in the micro all the time.

I sometimes do that, but it takes a lot longer to reheat than if it's in a tub with a lid. Can never be too careful with chicken!
