Something to keep us occupied.

I'm going full ruthless and I have an inkling Naisy will too.

Stephen Kingsley
James Penrice
Craig Halkett
Nathaniel Atkinson Sell
Kye Rowles Sell
Lewis Neilson
Toby Sibbick Sell
Dexter Lembikisa Back to parent club
Frankie Kent

Peter Haring Release
Beni Banigme Will leave
Jorge Grant Sell
Calem Nieuwenhof
Cammy Devlin Sell
Aidan Denholm
Finlay Pollock
Macaulay Tait
Scott Fraser Back to parent club
Andy Halliday Release
Blair Spittal
Yan Dhanda
James Forrest
Barry Mckay

Liam Boyce
Kyosuke Tagawa Sell
Makenzie Kirk

Recommended New Signings

Danny Armstrong - 700k
Lyall Cameron - 500k
Owen Beck - Loan

New striker and sub goalie would need to be purchased with Cochrane and Shankland money. No idea who we could get up top. Vassell and Bair might be orite but ideally we should be aiming higher.

Warnock

Certainly wouldn't be selling Rowles, Cochrane or Shankland.

I have a feeling Penrice will be playing at RB next season too.

Isn't Owen Beck is going to sign for Celtic?

I also heard the rumour that Clark will be leaving in the summer? I don't read kickback so I'm not sure if that's where it has originated from?

I prefer Gordon but at 42 I think Clark is a safe pair of hands for us, I only watched the first half on Saturday but he had a few great saves tbh

The board and management will be discussing the best strategy of cashing in on Cochrane and Shankland this summer. Penrice is here to replace Cochrane after a 2 million sale regardless of how many feelings you get about him playing right back.

Rowles won't going as no one will buy him, but ideally we ship him for cash asap. Horrible, limited players have went for money before, so we should at least try to market him as a goalscoring internationalist on the cusp of being a sensation. Hearts have been tricked before like this (see oshinawa) it's about time we got smart and pulled another teams pants down.

My rationale with Beck is that he was brought back to Liverpool as cover in January for a while so they must rate him at least a little. If he stays with Liverpool another year then we could do the loan deal that Dundee had last season. Wouldn't be surprised if Celtic picked him up though.

If Clark goes down south then Gordon isn't the worst replacement in the world.

Also, sell Mckay and Halkett if buyers show interest. Rate them highly but ultimately they don't contribute.

Don't have too many issues with that, Scott. I'd also bin Oda, Boyce and Barry. Try to retain Shanks. Amd I be shocked if we get 7 figures for Cochrane, he's mince!

We wont sell for under 1.5 mil. All depends how desperate league one/Championship clubs are down south.

Full backs with strength and energy are a hot commodity and quite integral to modern-day tactics - its less about if they can kick a baw', tackle or have a defensive brain to snuff out danger and more whether they can 'get about the pitch'.

Where are you planning to source transfer fees for all or most of Atkinson, Rowles, Sibbick, Devlin, Grant, Tagawa, McKay and Halkett?

Atkinson - 25K - Wellington Pheonix
Devlin - 25k - Central Coast Mariners
Sibbick - 25k - Kidderminster Harriers
Rowles - 300k - Al-Khaleej
Grant - 75k - Forest Green Rovers
Tagawa - 100k - Sagan Tosu
Halkett - 100k - Kilmarnock
Mckay - 150k + add ons - Motherwell

8 players off wage bill and 800k in transfer fees. Sound

I think the chat was Celtic were going to get Beck in January when his loan expired? He then played for Liverpool and therefore couldn't play for anyone else due to the 2 teams in a season rule so went back to Dundee.

McKay and Halkett are good players and we would struggle to replace them. Even if they are just squad filler they are worth keeping around unless they actually want to leave.

Would be happy to see the back of Grant, Sibbick, Tagawa, Atkinson and Rowles. But really think we need to beef up the size of our squad and hope the likes of Tait and Denholm keep progressing.

Absolutely nothing wrong with Rowles. Scott's anti Australian shtick is pretty tiring tbh. Rowles once again played very well on Saturday.

I rate Halkett more than most on here and was delighted with the contract extension.

Then I saw his fat body break down at Airdrie for another long term injury and I was like Fat Cunt

(after producing an unreal 60 yard raker of a pass to set up a goal I must add, If Rowles had even 10% of the ability Halkett has then I wouldn't be so torn on the big man staying or leaving).

Fortunately I have a life and don't know anything about Ryan Strain without having to google him, which I didn't do because you had told me not to.

There is universal agreement on this board that Atkinson and Devlin aren't at the levels required and Rowles is a weak centre half who is limited on the ball.
