Bottom of the page there's a wee dropdown you can go between them. Not got the old mobile theme on yet.

Right the old mobile theme is available now. If you can manage to switch to it it should stick to that on your phone.

I used the TH Mobile theme on my phone and it's staying set to mobile - desktop remains as the Cuves UI skin - so looks okay from here?

If you set the TH Mobile theme on your phone, then on desktop go to: https://talkhearts.life/usercp.php?action=options and set the theme you want for desktop.

Only thing I'd point out and don't know if it's the same for others but I can't seem to open links on mobile.
