Let's get this up and running for the first week of the Jock league season.
RULES
1. Pick a team to win from the Jock fixtures posted ITT.
2. If your team wins, you survive to the next round.
3. If your team does not win, you are ELIMINATED (subject to rules 7 and 8).
4. You can only pick a team once. e.g. if you pick the Hertz to win one week, and that inevitably happens, you cannot pick the Hertz again in this competition. Violators of this rule will be ELIMINATED.
5. Deadline for picking is the designated kickoff time in the fixture in question. i.e. you don't have to have made a pick by kickoff in the 3pm games tomorrow if you don't want to pick a team in those games.
6. Last cretin standing is the winner. Winner takes the entire prize fund.
7. If we reach a scenario where all remaining players' teams do not win (i.e. there is no survivor at the end of the "final" set of fixtures), all players who picked that week will not be ELIMINATED, and #wegoagain the next set of fixtures.
8. If a fixture is abandoned, then any affected players will need to pick another team from the remaining fixtures that week. If there are no remaining fixtures, I will pick a miscellaneous (possibly non-Jock) game for them to make a pick from.
9. Ad-hoc rules will be made at my discretion.
