I don’t think it was specifically just the medical staff who was overhauled although that’s likely the biggest department in relation to the first team.

It might be Chinese whispers but I had heard there was a confusion at why the fuck we had such a big set up for the level of club we were. I think the previous regime got a bit carried away with appearances of ticking all these boxes for the set up an elite level team would tick and it was totally unnecessary for where we are atm.
