GodIsGod

I do, I really do. 8 points in front is massive. But still shree to go against Celtic, 2 away. 3 still to go against the deaddy bears, but you'd think they will sort themselves out. 3 still to go against the Hibs, and derbies are always just pure battles.

This is the year I think

Not being in Europe is massive, we can play the strong team every week. We always struggle domestically when in Europe.

Sellic are in internal war between Bhrenda, the board, the fans. Will they back him in January? Will they empty him?

Rangers are out of the running.

5 to 10 years was the idea, but i think this is once in 20 year operchancity, with both of them in shambles. A manager who gets Hertz, is experienced, kens the league, Del is the perfect manager.

The big German tart in goals looks solid, nae fucking about with him

Finlay and Halkett, best CB partnership in the league.

I honestly dont think we are even up to full speed yet Monty Chuckle

We've still to get Borth at RB. McEntee has done well to cover, but get him in midfield.

Ague and Mags havnt really had chances yet.

We're playing Milne out of position Zlat

Shanks looks like he's all they way back.

We've no really seen Kabore yet Warnock

Honestly think there is so much more to come. Its different this year. We're not a one man team, relying on one guy to bang in every goal and risk injury to falling apart.

Goals throughout the team. Organized. Good at set pieces at both ends.

Honestly, maybe getting carried away, I BELIEVE

Say we even finish 2nd, Europe next year, we might toil, Rangers will be back. Celtic will spend.

THIS IS THE YEAR

What's there to believe?

The rest of the league are dugmeat. No faith required. Deliver the title boys.

Big John having this post in drafts, ready to post bang on the 94th minute. Glorious

I'll be fucking gutted if we don't win the league this season; let's leave it at that.

Five games until we play celtic again. St Mirren, both Dundee clubs, Aberdeen and Killie. Celtic play similar, but have two euro ties and a league cup semi.

Double figures gap by the next time we face them, please.

If we're ever going to do it, this is the season to do it.

Celtic and Rangers will sort themselves out sooner or later and we need a cushion for when that happens. But, if we win all the games we normally fuck up at, then we will win the league.

Still got the demons of 86 in my head so, I'll hold off completely believing for now.

Still got a lot of improving to go with the current squad which is the exciting thing.

Yes, I think we will strengthen in January, particularly on the right hand side but if we start firing on all guns it only gets better.

I think part of what makes this feel special is that it feels like they're still improving. Some of the early games were actually pretty ropey, even the Hibs game wasn't actually a great performance, but it looks like the team is actually only just starting to properly gel despite being on 8 wins and a draw from 9 games. Games like next week will be the big test as they're the ones you look at as a Hearts fan and think are potential banana skins while the OF go there expecting comfortable wins. That's what needs to change if we're serious about challenging for the league.

We’ve only just got out of 2nd gear recently. Lots more to come in coming months it feels. Then the window opens again Wow

05/06 season after 9 games - 25 points with our only dropped points coming from a late comeback to draw 2-2
25/26 season after 9 games - 25 points with our only dropped points coming from a late comeback to draw 3-3

The parallels are absolutely mental when you look at them Warnock

It’s happening & if we beat St Mirren on Wednesday it’ll be a better start than 05/06 Piggy

Usual jokes aside, both the OF are there for the taking. This is a terrible Celtic side, and what else can be said about Rangers?

Even if Celtic recruit in January, their recent track record with signings is pretty terrible.

McEntee is very dominant in midfield, big lad too. I think we risk forgetting how good McEntee was in there before being shuffled about.

McEntee is fine where he is, I find this naming the team you'd like to see a bit pointless when you've got a proper manager who knows what he's doing, he'll pick the team he feels will win whatever game we're going in to.

Nah, get Mcentee out of RB when Borch is fit.

Proper RB and Milne back to LB.

Nobody wants to drop anyone when we're winning, and the squad is bloated to fuck.
Good problem to have i suppose.
