Serious answer to the question is that he fits the mould of the type of manager that knows the league well and can do the groundwork for whoever comes after. That’s what USG did.

Both Killie and Aberdeen fans spoke about him getting preoccupied with a strange choice such as a formation or personnel decision which seems to have been the case recently. However, I will say that whoever comes next will also make strange decisions and stick to them as all managers are a bit like that.

I think with future managerial appointments we could do better than we have this season. I’d be interested to see how we would have done this season with JBA - but there is every chance we would have struggled against the OF which Del has been brilliant at.
