He’s not started all season Tel, I rate him but I don’t see Del changing that now, he’s a creative outlet ans seems to have enough belief in himself but probably in the circumstances works well as a sub to bring on with 30 mins and run at tired defenders.

Probably by the bench shouting on that it’s been disallowed like they would have done in the days when the assistant manager was sitting with a radio to his ear?

We concentrate on wur own gemme and hope that Motherwell can do us a turn and save the nerves of Saturday. In saying that, no doubt Del has us ready for having to go and do the job on Saturday and we can do that.

Last night I thought Motherwell could do it but now I’m worried Motherwell are a bit of a busted flush now. They are obviously in a worse state without Welsh at the back but they have the coaching behind them to deal with it. As Del said yesterday, they had a shot in the first minute and then didn’t really bother our goal at all which isn’t great.
