Don’t get me wrong he has a pretty decent CV as a coach but not sure about management From what I understand he’s done exceptionally well with the Brentford reserve squad but if he went to some lower leagues team and was a success I’d take him but he needs a bit more experience as the main man

Didn't Bradley Walsh play for Brentford way back? Duff is a buddy of Andrews and stuck wi'out a gig for some time. Probably feels a wee bit isolated in a posh part of London.
