Sounds like a deal has been agreed. Not going to be enough for some of his cabinet though.

* Ever-closer union - Specific text that says references to ever-closer union do not apply to the UK

* Welfare brake - UK can apply the brake for seven years as soon as the brake is approved

* Child benefit - All new arrivals - and indeed new children - will be not allowed to claim the benefit from as soon as the legislation comes into force

* For existing claimants of child benefits it will have to be indexed from start of 2020
