Maybe not effecting your judgement but it's quite concerning that when the lassie is tidy the whole case is treated as a bit of a joke and the wee laddie is an idiot for grassing, but when she looks like that it's suddenly a different story.

Should be pushing for these nonces to be treated the exact same as a guy in the same situation, regardless of whether they're a pinilla or not.

Recently 2 kids have been beasted off folk who are meant to be looking after them. One was tidy and one wasnt and the reactions are completely different.

I'm not accusing dank of this but it certainly has been the case if you look at other reactions.

Interesting question. There's definitely a sense of that in these types of cases, like it's not quite as bad if you're attractive. Although I wonder if she might have some kind of learning difficulties or the like, given how lenient the sentence is. You'd certainly hope the mitigating circumstances were more than simply "she's immature".

A proper case all round. Horrific.

A teacher is essentially a glorified baby sitter, their duty is to look after the kids at school, not molest them.

I'm not having a go at anyone but it'd be decent if bairns being molested were all treated the same. It seems even in court lassies seem to get an easier time when it comes down to it as well.
