I agree to a stage however this guy is clearly a cunt. He has a strong moral code (but happily sleeps with girls cheating on boyfriends and fires into lassies who are that out of it they can barely speak or stay awake).  As awful as it is to say as well he seems to be rather unlucky. The THF seem to be lacking of any morals and I doubt any of them have been accused of 2 separate sexual assaults

My own view is that any sexual assault trials should see the names of all victims, witnesses and accused kept quiet until there is a guilty verdict at which stage the accused and their previous can be fair game.

I also think it is time for much stricter penalties against those found to have made false allegations.

I thought the law had changed and if someone was too drunk to consent then they were automatically guilty?

Don't think John Leslie's actually been charged with it, so it's not really the same situation. Reporting on an individual having been taken to court and subsequently found not guilty and reporting rumours with the potential to damage someone's reputation aren't the same thing.
