Doug Paulley has won his case at the Supreme Court who ruled his companies must do more to ensure there is always a space for wheelchair users on buses.

I can see arguments for both sides; doesn't really seem right that a single mother who can't drive could potentially be denied a space on a bus through no fault of her own either.

Bottom line though I guess is people with a disability have zero choice in it, so it seems only fair they should be afforded preferential treatment in certain situations.
