Be interesting what he does of he gets strong opposition - face it down? Mumble the party line? Talk nervous gobbledegook or talk strong plans? Fail to see the problem or see it? Be an insight into his personality and what the players see day by day.

Genuinely don't know whether to feel sorry for Cathro, or join in the witchhunt. At the end of the day, it's the players that are the main problem. It's the fact that most of them are Cathro's players.
I'm in a similar mindset to kash. Sometimes I pity him and other times I despair. What folk need to remember is that although it's his players, they are players he's had to bring in at a moments notice. A lot of the transfers he made were enforced and he only had a matter of weeks to get replacements in. I doubt he anticipated the level of upheaval he experienced when he first arrived.
It would be interesting to see what he could have done had he arrived this summer and could properly implement what he wants to do.

His or not, still doesn't look like he can organise them or get a performance out of them. And looks like he's doing the same things over & over again that have failed before.
I know he got attacked by the dinosaurs when he started, but dinosaurs is what he has to deal with in this league - the players he has are partly (or may6be more than partly) dinosaurs, and he hasn't seen yet it would appear, that it's hard to go from dinosaur to ballerina in one step. (Might be necessary to go via, say, Stomp! as a stepping stone) .

At the time Rangers were in turmoil.
We played Motherwell and Rangers at a good time for us and turned them both over due to the shite opposition rather than us being any good. Papered over the cracks for a game or two.
Updates so far: "fair to say it's been tense at times", "McPhee actually very impressive, Cathro less so", Easter Road "mentioned about 10 times already"
I've asked for an update on the font used in the power point, so I've got your back fam
Quote:Presentations also from the Manchester clubs. MacPhee joked about a stockpile of left backs as an example of how recruitment has gone badly wrong.
Cathro when asked how he plans to get the current players playing his style and what if they don't simply replied 'change them'.
