Why the fuck is budge even involved in the interview process for the manager?

That is literally why she employed Levein and if she's unable to carry out the interviews for whatever reason herself, the process should continue regardless with Levein leading it.

Time isn't on our side and we need to be getting a boss in now. The fact that mclaren might get interviewed at a later date tells you everything though. They just don't get it.

It is incredible that we are sacrificing another 3 points next week because Budgie is busy. As you say we have a fucking director of football sitting in the bookies all day

Grateful to Budge for all she has done to date but the sooner she gets to fuck the better. She isn't cut out for the actual football side of things and that is really all that matters.

Fair point. That said, if you were Steve McLaren, with all you've achieved, would you not be a bit at being interviewed by a younger man with nowhere near as impressive a CV? At least Budge might provide a bit of gravitas in that sense...

You're right, but mclaren isn't even one of the managers being interviewed within the 48 hrs!

If McLaren isn't a goer for whatever reason I'd be happy with Freedman. I think Mclaren would be too expensive anyway.
