![]() Not for the faint of heart. One of the most disgusting, horrifying things I've ever seen. The psycho cop who did this... has been acquitted of all charges.

This probably sounded more profound in your head. #doorlivesmatterThat video as a whole though. Never seen anything like that.

Apparently they are taught that a policeman/colleagues life is more valuable than the suspect. Now, to a layman this seems pretty logical, but if you extrapolate that to their training – it suggests that if they ever feel like their safety is under threat at any point then they are within their rights to take someone's life. It's actually quite radge that there is a hierarchy of life like that in their training. Essentially legalised murder.

Radiolab had an excellent podcast in this subject last week, called Mr. Graham and The Reasonable Man. Goes into detail about a case were a diabetic was arrested and assaulted for no good reason and how this case led to a change in the law. Essentially by trying to make the law more objective to try and support victims of police assault it had the unintended consequence of providing police more support.

That's got to be absolutely terrifying situation to be in. Total panic in your mind and trying to adhere to such specific and changing instructions. Can't for the life of me figure out why he reached to the small of his back whilst crawling though. Makes no sense. The officer was in no danger however and was almost desperate for the guy to make a wrong move. Itchiest trigger finger I've ever seen.
Tshirt on. Already reached for his back. Did it again. Shot. That'll be enough for why he was acquitted.

As you say, heads totally gone will just be in a state of panic and not thinking right. Absolutely terrible. I hope that guy who shot him dies soon.

That's what you're up against man, fucking maniacs with guns given carte blanche to blow anyone's head off if they feel like it.

The guy struggles to work out left and right whilst crossing his legs. The policeman is barking various instructions at him some of them he absolutely must do and other he must under no circumstances do. If you see that being that level of cunt to another person is the best way to do your job then everything you say must follow. Otherwise you're only going to confuse someone with a gun to their head. If you've been given the right to point a gun at people then you have the responsibility to know how to manage them.

"If this situation happened exactly as it did that time, I would have done the same thing," Brailsford said testifying in his Maricopa County Superior Court trial". "Brailsford, who worked for the Mesa Police Department for two years before he was fired from the department, has said he followed his academy training. Jeff Jacobs, a Mesa police academy use-of-force trainer who taught Brailsford's cadet class, testified earlier in the week that when he saw the police body-camera video of Shaver's shooting he thought Brailsford followed his training properly." All of which kinda says it all. This wasn't some rogue cop. It's what they're trained to do.

Check the state of the cop. An absolute nerd who would get pasted by anyone if it wasn't for his automatic weapon.
