Actually, Democrats have been quite ruthless when it comes to politicians who have been accused of sexual harassment. See Franken, Conyers, or Pelosi saying Democratic representatives should resign if accused of sexual harassment.

I would suggest that the way Democrats have gone about this issue, Garcia will be under heavy pressure to resign and will do so.

Probably best that you don't get into an discussion on sexual harassment in US politics as you are a well known advocate of Trump and the Republicans.
