Tonsilitis again

I was given a line for antibiotics a few weeks back, which should be jjyay. However, my wife got tonsilitis last week so i trekked through the blizzard to get them for her and now there's none left for me. Everything hurts, i'm exhausted, and i know from recent experience i'll get no sleep tonight
