Just didn't seem to work. Some good perving of Jennifer Lawrence to be had though which took it from a 5 to a 10.

Btw boiz - the revamped Odeon in Wester Hailes. Comfiest cinema seats I've ever been in. Every seat is a recliner.

She's certainly easy on the eyes but if I'm honest, I'd rather look at her face.

The Shape of Water, 6.5/10, I guess. What can you say really reasonable film about a mute cleaner hitting on an Amozonian monster.

I also just watched Murder on the Orient Express, the K Brannagh one ... 5.5/10. All I can say is that Brannagh make Poirot look like a pompous cunt, ie. unlikeable.

If Agatha Christie can hate poirot then I think we're all allowed to.

Well, Sir Kenneth has managed to take it to a new level, in my books. Fucking waste of two hrs on a plane, and that's hard to waste.

In my opinion, its without doubt, one of the best French films ever made.

The emptiness and coldness of the film is brilliant.

Watched that a few weeks back Main takeaway was that Alain Delon is a ridiculously handsome man.

Roger Ebert calls him 'improbably handsome' too, so it's not just me.
