23.5p per share it was, asked my sister (RBS employee who it all went through). They split the shares down to 10p intermediate shares and 15p deferred shares. Cancelled the deferred ones and lumped 10 intermediate together to make one new share @ £1. Didn't effect consumer worth, just cosmetically pushed the share price at the time up to £2.35. Still be a decent return one day

Well its a bit weird because they completed whats called a 1/10 reverse stock split when they were at 23.5 to give the stock price a face lift, so they are basically worth the same as they were as theis meant they merged 10 old shares in to 1 new one. 1 share is £2.55ish just now.

Had a woman in work yesterday claim they hospital said the lad was brain dead and would die as soon as the breathing tube was removed but he was still alive a day later proving they want him dead to save money.

Death of the boy aside I feel so sorry for the parents here who have been utterly used by various groups to further their own agendas. Absolutely dispicable.

Yeah I really feel for the parents, not the brightest and they've just been manipulated for others agendas when they should have been making the most of the time they had left with their son.

Just a shambles of a situation from start to finish - can't help but thinking they will cash in on their 15 minutes of fame. Facebook has been an absolute shitfest about it.

Something like that. Don't think the medical advice was ever to the effect that the poor kid would die instantly, so it was irrelevant whether he was "breathing on his own".

Really makes you appreciate how mentally tough you have to be to be a judge. When you have absolute cretins wishing death on you because you're "killing a baby", staying dispassionate must be really hard.
