The whole formation thing is just daft as well.

Asking inexperienced young players to come in for a week a few times a year and adapt to something they aren't used to is just asking for trouble. If you are working with top class players with a high football IQ then fine, but we need to play to our strengths.

I can't work out if I'm meant to be bothered about games that in the past were always just friendlies. Will we not still likely qualify for the Euros anyway as it's practically impossible not to now?
