If their fans weren't stinking with entitlement they'd realise their lot, but that won't happen. They had four seasons when Rangers were down where they basically had a bye to the title.  They could've moulded 7 or 8 young players into a proper team in that time, like United did in the 90s, like Monaco did a few years ago, like Ajax are doing now, but nah, they bought Scott Sinclair, Craig Gordon and John Guidetti and won the league by 20-30 points.
