Aye, it's a tough one, they would have to offer a lot of incentives to businesses, they won't want their profit margins decreasing. It's questionable whether there would be enough appetite for growth in the small business sector.Â
If you are going to raise the minimum wage, then surely everything would just get more expensive in line with it and there wouldn't be much difference to what's left in your pocket at the end of the day.Â
