Yeah will definitely be because she's in heat. Read up on it; so many dog interactions are based on the effect of different levels of hormones between different dogs. From reading I've done I don;'t really ascribe to the 'wolf pack' alpha dog line which is an outdated concept, but they obviously do still work on levels of dominance and as you say maybe a warning shot or just the dog wasn't a fan of daisy generally.

Floyds on first name terms with the vet now. After getting his chuckies off last week one of the boys thought it'd be a good idea to leave a sleeve of ibuprofen in the front of my van. Currently away back in to get his stomach pumped

No pills found but umpteen pieces of material, a johnnys onion rings packet and piece of paper that was presumably a fuel receipt chucked up. Vet was surprised that instead of being down in the dumps immediately afterwards he was instead sniffing at their pockets for biscuits  

Hole episode could have been avoided had the boys owned up who had left them and also how many were in the pack

Looked after my Auntie's border collie a couple of weeks. Friendliest dog ever and just wants to run about and chase a ball.



Looking after my brother's cat this weekend. Woke up today and stepped out my bedroom door to find it had shat all over the carpet during the night

Certainly played with Boroughmuir, not sure where else but it'll be him aye. Fucked his shoulder which put paid to that career. Did the doors on clubs for years so a few others here should know him.

Yeah same guy, stayed with him in Sweden for 6 months or so years ago.

Don't feel too sorry for her though - it happened after she ran through a fence onto the canal. It's just a wee gash; the bandage is just to keep it clean and stop her going at it. She's had some special antibiotic spray on it too. We were out tonight and she's running fine on it, showing no signs of pain or discomfort, but she's dragged that cushion through to the hall to lie on and gives me the wee whine and head tilt every time I look at her. Absolute chancer 

Give her a massive treat.

Should also add that the reason she's moved to the hall is so I can see her more - I'm on the computer, so if she was in her bed she'd be behind me against the opposite wall

Was at my mates for the CL and he's got a Newfoundland.  Had sat down for 5 mins and she had slavered all over me
