Agree with all of that I suppose Allison did fuck all in terms of saves until the last 5 so not as much impact as the other 3, but his distribution is superb. Can't argue with van Dijk getting it, but he genuinely didn't have to break into a jog the whole night. That tackle on Son though

Pretty buzzing for this.
Robertson made a good point in his press conference. So many Scottish lads have had a great finish to the season with promotions, cup wins etc so we should be going into this with confidence.

Not one call off for this squad either, unheard of over the last few years.

Clarke was asked about if he thinks a half full Hampden will kill the game. His answer was that the performance on the pitch decides the atmosphere. Absolutely spot on.

I know folk like to slag womens football, probably me more than most but I'm actually quite buzzing to see them do well in this world cup, especially with England in their group I'll be tuning in on Sunday to hopefully see them upset they cunts

Happy with that side. Interesting to see Brophy.

Souttar is better than either the 2 picked and Marshall is the worst of the 3 keepers. Other than that the teams picks itself.

Souttar needs to be in over McKenna for me.

Souttar has had a bit of a nightmare at international level so far tbh. His time will come.

Could also be his thinking that he wants one 'ball-playing' centre-half balanced with one big bruiser. I don't really rate any of our centre half options tbf. Midfield (and left back) is about the only area we have decent options. Also Marshall is obviously a better keeper than Scott Bain, who is only in the squad because he plays for Celtic.

Aye Bain is absolute shite.

McKenna and Mulgrew ahead of Souttar? Clarke out :
Souttar should defintely be starting.
Against Cyprus at home, I would understand if we were away from home and up against a physical side then that's when McKenna would be advantageous but when we are going to have the majority of possession and trying to break down a cyprus team with 11 men behind the ball that's when a decent passer like Souttar would be good.
ITK Poster.
