Ex Celtic Commons who had no plan for months as they let Neil Lennon piss about with the job then randomly offered it to him in the showers after he beat a terrible hearts team

unpredictable rich owner AND annoy all the jammy wearers in our support?
So. Latest according to the media is hearts held very detailed talks with Stendel to outline our vision and pitch to him.
Part of that was outlining the role of an SD and how this would work in tandem. Fair enough. If you're wed to an SD hearts. But what they supposedly ALSO did was pitch Donald Park and his role.
We all know the less empowerment and choice you give the new manager, the less atrracrive the role is. So we're gambling Stendel on the basis of newly promoted no mark Donald Park being non negotiable??
But given MacPhee was the one to promote Park, this also tells me MacPhee is 100 per cent our new SD.

TOTALLY SHAMBOLIC.
All it says is he'll be in a coaching role, it's hardly shambolic.
Maybe Stendel might like the idea of an older head around to help him assimilate into Scottish football. Maybe Park is dropping back to the youth teams. Maybe he's the only one staying and DS can pick whoever else he wants for a coaching team. Fuck knows, but there's no need to be that uptight about someone putting the cones out is there?

The new manager should have complete control of first team affairs and I'm pretty sure Ann said that that would be the case.
That would mean bringing his own men in to help him surely.
Just for context, every coach in Scotland who has taken their licenses in the last decade has done so via Donald Park. You might think he's shite but I'm not sure no mark is the correct description.

But yeah. A No Mark.
He's an ex-player?!
