I'm on the same page, can't wait for this to be over and be back in the office again. Our fucking payroll team are running a skeleton staff, so have a recorded message telling people to contact HR instead, so I end up bombarded with emails and telephone calls about the biggest pile of shite ever.

That combined with endless conference calls is getting me closer and closer to the edge.

It's happening, my neighbour works for one of the financial companies at the Gyle and he's just been made permanently working from home

Based on feedback from my work I reckon at most I'll be 50/50 working in the office with it weighted more towards home working

My Mrs received an email from their CEO last night confirming that "the earliest" they will be back in their office is August 1st so working remotely will continue until that date at a minimum         I work from home at least a couple of days a week normally so this is now taking the piss. The dog is happy as fuck, not been in his kennel since early March!

I'm the same. Remote server is utter shite and crashes constantly as well. We are as busy as usual and have to meet the same deadlines had we been on site or in the office. With a pay cut. Decent like.

Watching BBC Breakfast this morning, you'd be forgiven for thinking the lockdown is completely over and the English are back to normal.
