Love a bit of weekend brunch, can't beat some French toast with bacon and maple syrup or even just some poached egg on toast Pinilla

I'm partial to some French toast and tomato sauce though when I want to slum it.

I just add a wee bit of extra cold semi-skimmed sometimes if I'm finding it bland - not that fussed that it's not a taste explosion at that time in the morning.

Nope, don't have toast that often and if I'm not I'll wait till I'm in work.

I can eat toast in the car no bother though so why not?

Brunch is the best meal of the day. Poached duck eggs, smoked salmon and pancakes followed by copious amounts of caffeine and fresh fruit juice is the perfect Sunday morning.
