Any idea whether Serbia allows fans in to such games? Or, is that a UEFA decision? Obviously if it's one of their cauldron scenarios then hand off head it's pretty much 'Goodnight Vienna' I'd have thought but if it's just them and us and a few ball boys I'd be optimistic.

They hadn't decided earlier this week. It's a local decision not anything to do with UEFA and there was talk of allowing around 30% capacity, around 15,000.
