Vaccine seems to be kicking my arse big time. Felt like shit all day, shivery, light headed, tired etc and I'm never ill.

Apparently the Irish and Danes are stopping the Oxford vaccine because of people getting blood clots.

This is the one case I can at least engage with the Brexiteer/Tory government argument about the EU being at it.

Every few weeks a government/governments in the EU pipe up that the 'Oxford' Vaccine is dangerous.

I was speaking to one of my friends in Ireland, about this, a couple of days ago. She was saying part of the issues with the Irish vaccination programme is their government refuse to deal with Boris Johnson, so havent asked to get any when they've been short.

Pretty embarrassing from the EU and reeks of looking for a scape goat on the failure of their programme to get going.

If they don't want the vaccine or think it's unsafe then send us their doses and we can get on with getting back to normal.

Does absolutely nothing for their hopes of getting the European population to be less sceptical on vaccines in general.

But as said above if they don't want the doses they have bought then happily send them our way. I'd like life to get back to normal here as quickly as possible.
