Tommy Hunter is still a shit.

If you go onto the STV player. The whole series of Taggart is on it. Dont bother with the old episodes. Season 17, with the introduction of DCI Burke ( episode is called Death Trap) is where the good episodes start in my opinion. Tommy Hunter is in a couple of episodes. 

I'm not going to say Taggart is underrated because it isnt, its just that folk who werent bothered by it back then would really appreciate it now and are missing out on some cracking police drama. I couldnt recommend it highly enough.

Death Trap is a cracking episode.

Saw this come up on Prime today, looks interesting although strangely it's got two versions of Frankenstein with Benedict Cumberbatch and Johnny Lee Miller alternating the roles of the Monster and Victor Frankenstein, also got the Fleabag stage show, Ian McKellan talking about his career and Hamlet with Cumberbatch and Ciaran Hinds

Lots of Victorian shows - dracula/van helsing, Holmes/Watson, frankenstein/monster - would have two big name actors perform the main roles and they switch it each night. Kept the actors interested, and brought the audience back.

Watched the first series of True Detective again. Different class

I like to watch survival shit while playing survival games on the xbox, it gets you in the mood. 
I watched cast away with tom hanks while playing stranded deep too. 
It's good for the mind. 
Maybe not good for the social interaction, mind you. haha.
