I've totally ignored all this energy shit. Just had a look to see if I'd had any communications. I currently pay £80 month and that was a fixed rate that just ended in January. My new fixed rate offer is £175 per month

Got an email in December and could have switched to a loyal customer 12 month fixed rate for £125. That's now at £165.

Got another email in January talking about it being a £60 a month increase and that they want to spread it so it's more like £12 a month. No idea how I'm being offered a rate more than double my current one
