A few weeks ago, I was a wee bit apprehensive about the thought of facing Hibs. But the closer it gets, the more confident I am of beating them.

Think I'll watch them against Rangers today, to see what they're all about.

Man City or 3/4 seasons playing in the lower leagues of Scotland, tricky one for the lad.

My issue would be, he's already getting in and about the first team at age 15, why do you take your boy out of that were he could conceivably be playing first team football in the next year to go away from home sit in the academy down south for the next 3/4 years?

Hopefully he gets the chance down there but I always feel these moves are counter productive.

Not much we can do if a club like City come calling.

Fine if players want to go but The compensation needs sorted out otherwise there’s no point in an academy.

Saw Bobby Wales was playing for Swansea academy the other day total waste when he could be playing first team football

Seriously he’d just be going on loan anyway in Scotland so as a 15 year old you’d absolutely be choosing city.

Fees are usually nothing in the grand scheme of things. We'll maybe invest 10 years developing these kids and they'll be picked up for 100 - 500k. It's a joke.

Think it was Aberdeen who are pushing for a reform in the system. I hope we support it as it feels like it's harming us.
