He’s looked very feeble and not much about him.

Hope to be proven wrong.

It’s early days but I had this picture of him as this fast winger that gets down the line at every opportunity. Looks anything but that Laugh

It’s still early days though and not easy for your first starts to be a derby and Ibrox.

We’ll get a better view of these guys over the next 6 games.

I really expected Andrei Kanchelskis.

He looks like he's scared to run or beat a man or cross.

I do wonder how much of this is tactics, because both him and Kyzi seem to just want to square a man up and cut inside all the time. Maybe that's their style of play, who knows, but I do wonder if they're basically told that's how they need to play.

They are told to do it, but kyzi is a bit extreme with it. Del wants Milne overlapping when Kyzi cuts inside and tbf it’s worked a treat all season.

Need new answers when teams work it out.

A penalty won and a goal now despite not playing brilliant.

He definitely has something. There’s wee flashes where his touch is brilliant. Works hard as well which is always a good thing.

Looks to be getting stronger and fitter as the games go by, not as flashy as kyzi but has many good attributes, excellent feet for his goal as well.

With his graft, we can put this myth to bed that we have to play a CB in right back.

It's getting ridiculous.

Deal says he’s the hardest working wide player he’s ever worked with.
He’s worked with Johnny Hayes etc..

I think we have to recalibrate our brains though, he’s not a winger sadly.

He’s more Martinelli than Saka is the best way I can put it

I know the analytics go beyond goals and assists but you can see how he'd score highly. Hasn't actually looked good yet and already scored a goal, should've had another, and won a penalty.

I think he'll come good as long as he's allowed to concentrate on attacking and not being a bum boy for pishy Steiny.
He's one i'd defo keep, unlike Kabore.
I'd have Kerjota playing as well, though, so what do i know.

Just clocked this. Not sure you’re grasping distances between places Warnock

You’d have been better to expect Neil McCann.

He's a left footed right winger, so he's nothing like either of them.

I really want this guy to do well. But I'm not sure what we've signed.

Strengths is that he can track back and is pretty physical for a winger, can put in a tackle and get involved helping out. He's also got a bit of aerial ability at 6ft1.

But that's not why we signed him. I thought we were going to have this Rolls Royce winger that has pace, can just bullet past a full back, has trickery, and given is a leftie on the right, was gonna keep cutting in and releasing shots and assists galore. I've seen none or very little of that. Seems to just want to control it and play it to the nearest Hearts player behind him.

More worrying is that it turns out he might not even be a traditional winger at all - which we needed. And reports now saying actually his preference is more central, inside, almost a right sided 10 or second forward. Who likes a full back getting on the outside of him to let him inside. I mean - OK - Jordi looks like he can do that role. But did we KNOW that's what Chesnokov is when we were after him for months?

So far the only right winger that looks like a right winger - is Kerjota. But he won't have the physical / tracking back assets Del insists on.

Our lack of managing that entire right wing from Borch / McEntee / Steinwender / Altena at RB through to Milne playing RW, even Braga out wide right, the delay over Chesnokov, now what we actually have in Chesnokov, and the lack of faith in Kergota to play 90, will be a major reflection on why / if we don't win this league.

Find the way we've used Chesnokov confusing. Comes on from the bench against Falkirk, looks kind of awkward but wins a penalty, disappears for ages, comes back to start against Hibs and Rangers, doesn't look great but isn's disastrous, scores against Falkirk (again as part of a performance that is workmanlike and not spectacular) then is out of the team again. Don't think he looks great, but he's also been hung out to dry a bit and does seem to be making things happen when he comes on (albeit more in an Aldo Forrest than Kyzi at the start of the season way). I'd be playing him purely on the basis that teams have realised if they double up on Kyzi we have no other creative threat. It's not like playing two wingers leaves us exposed because he actually tracks back very well.

Feel like it all just stems from this right back nonsense. Mcinnes has truly lost the plot on what is going on with that entire side. All bets are being hedged on Milne and Kyzi winning games for us and the right hand side is used as an area to get more height in the team.

I thought he looked okay last night, but then that might well have been in comparison to the rest of them.

I don't really understand when we have multiple wingers in the squad we persist with boys like Spittal and Mags out wide as some sort of fail safe.
