So basically the sick pay issues seem to be they will no longer pay them anti-social hour increments when off sick
Anti Social hours won't be able to make them be paid more than someone senior to them
Increments being removed annually - will impact very few current staff and when they do get their increment the values are much higher
Overall I can't really see how you could be that pissed off at this. Apart from GMB all the other unions are supporting it.
This no doubt matched to a still very good pension and overall package.
The main sticking point for me would be they are starting from years of a 1% pay cap but to expect to get about 25% to match inflation is just delusional and would need circa 35% over 3 years.
