I watched that earlier today and what I thought interesting was the process the chinese followed with regard to constant temperature checks on folks from the minute they left their homes, at various strategic points through their day to when they returned back, and if they crossed a threshold (temp) they were immediately sent off to be quarantined (as per their stage).

Problem with that is you're contagious 4 days before you show any symptoms. Guess you can stop infected folk spreading it further.
